M. Ted Dillard, Founder and President, e-SPAN Solutions, Inc.	M. Ted Dillard, Founder and President, has his Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and Certified Management Accountant licenses. After extensive experience in senior level financial positions in public and private companies, Ted formed e-SPAN’s predecessor, the Small Business Consulting Group, as a consulting firm that assisted small business owners in the areas of planning for profit and growth, systems design work, staffing analysis, business plans, business-related financial planning, and management development programs.
Throughout his professional career, Ted has served in senior executive and financial officer capacities in publicly traded and emerging growth companies, where he obtained extensive experience in corporate finance, turnarounds, mergers, acquisitions and public offerings. He was first CFO, and then President, of Diversified Corporate Resources, Inc. (AMEX “HIR”), a publicly-traded staffing services company. Based on its stock performance in the year 2000, HIR was ranked fifth in the U.S. among staffing companies by Gerard Klauer Mattison, a leading industry analyst.
Ted is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Texas Association of Business Brokers, and the Institute of Management Accountants. Ted has also been offered an honorary position on the International Advisory Board of StantonChase International.
